This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed to implead the Deputy Inspector General of Prisons, Coimbatore Range as the second respondent in the Writ Petition.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is present and seeks leave of this Court for not pressing the Writ Miscellaneous Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as not pressed.
