This application has been filed to direct the respondents to furnish security for a sum of Rs.6,70,558.73 within a time fixed by this Court, failing which to pass an order of attachment of the immovable properties described in the schedule to the judges summons pending initiation and disposal of the arbitration proceedings between the applicant and the respondents and till the enforcement of the Award that may be ultimately passed in the arbitration proceedings and a copy of the attachment order be transmitted through the Civil Court, (S.D), Kalyan, Thane, Mahjarashtra and the attachment order may be hand delivered to the applicant for transmission.

2. Despite service of notice to the respondents, none appeared on behalf of the respondents.

3. In view of the same, the respondents are directed to furnish security for a sum of Rs.6,70,558.73 on or before 22.06.2020, failing which attachment order will be passed.

4. Applicant is permitted to communicate the order to the respondent privately as well as by way of paper publication in any local daily both in Regional language and in English with significant circulation in Thane, Maharashtra, stating the date of hearing as 22.06.2020.
