This application has been filed to direct the respondent to furnish security to the tune of Rs.2,54,328.67, failing which to order attachment of the immovable properties morefully described in the Schedule to the Judges Summons pending disposal of arbitration proceedings between the applicant and the respondent and till 2/5

enforcement of the award that may be ultimately passed in the arbitration proceedings and a copy of the attachment order be transmitted through the Civil Judge Junior Division, At Pathardi, TalPathardi, Dist-Ahmednagar, Maharashtra and the attachment order may be hand delivered to the applicant for transmission.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that pending application, the vehicle has been already seized and sold and the Award has also been passed.

3. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to pass any order in this application. It is well open to the applicant to enforce the Award as per law.
