CMP.Nos.23053, 23054, 23057 and 23055 of 2022 in CRP Nos.1536 and 1781 of 2015 G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN., J, These petitions have been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to death of the second respondent and to bring on record respondents 5 to 7 as legal heirs of the deceased second respondent in the above revisions as respondents 5 to 7.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed along with the above petitions.

Accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title in the Civil Revision Petitions.
