This application has been filed by the applicant/2nd defendant to receive the documents listed in the Judge's summons.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3/plaintiffs 1 to 3 has no objection in allowing this application.

3. Inview of no objection given by the other side and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this Court is inclined to permit the applicant/defendant to mark the documents as listed in the Judges summons, however, subject to admissibility, relevancy and proof.

Accordingly, this application is allowed.
