13. Geetha .. Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 09.07.2025 seeking to initiate appropriate action against the 7th respondent for having committed Revenue loss with the aid of the respondent Nos.12 and 13 for having under-valued the property, thereby fraudulently executing the sale deeds, dated 07.05.2024, vide Doc.Nos.913/2024, 914/2024 respectively, by concealing the existence of the 2 / 6
constructed building to an extent of 18,000 Sq.Feet as well as fabricating the GPS Camera location, thereby causing financial loss to the first respondent by under-valuing and evading the stamp duty in respect of the property bearing S.Nos.349, 350, 351, situated at Balambalpuram Village, Karur Taluk, Karur District and consequently direct the eighth respondent to take appropriate action based on the proceedings issued by the third respondent in Petition No.9018/2025/MISC/KAR, dated 22.07.2025.

ORDER
