The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.40 of 2024 from the file of the third respondent Police to some other Police station. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that the investigation in Crime No.40 of 2024 was completed, that charge sheet filed and the same was taken cognizance of in C.C.No.165 of 2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedaranyam.

Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court is of the view that no further orders are required in this case.
