ORDER
By way of filing this writ petition, the petitioner seeks to quash the impugned order of dismissal passed by the respondent on 28.04.2004.
2. A mere perusal of the impugned order passed by the respondent shows that the petitioner was dismissed from service on the ground that he did not report for duty for about 19 years, for, as per the proceedings dated 23.03.1994 of the Director of Social Welfare and Noon-Meal Programme, if a person takes leave more than two months, he will have to be dismissed from service. Therefore, the petitioner, who did not report for duty for about 19 years, has no locus-standi to question the well-reasoned impugned order passed by the respondent. Thus, on this count, the writ petition stands dismissed. No Costs. 22.06.2016 rkm W.P.No.36234 of 2004
