O R D E R

The writ petition is filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking direction for the respondents, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.10.2023.

2. The grievances of the petitioner are that they made a representation before the third respondents on 7.10.2023 and also made an on-line application for transfer of patta, but, till now the respondents have not considered the on-line application made by the petitioner. Hence the petitioner has approached this Court by way of this writ petition.

3. Therefore, the respondents are directed consider the representation of the petitioner by issuing notice to the petitioner as well as 2/4

to the interested parties / rival claimants, if any, and thereafter, conduct inquiry in the manner known to law and pass appropriate orders on merit and in accordance with law. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
