ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the first respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 23.11.2022 seeking allotment of rental flat bearing No.A6 in Oliver Road, TNHB Rental Scheme, Mylapore, Chennai, in favour of the petitioner.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that already the house was taken over from the petitioner and also arrears of rent were received from the petitioner. However, certain belongings of the petitioner are still in the subject house.
3. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is permitted to take back his belongings which were kept in the subject house.
4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
No costs.
