Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.07.2025 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and giving her opportunity of personal hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
