This Criminal Appeal has been filed to set aside the judgment made in C.C.No.7538 of 2017, dated 07.09.2022 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court -I, Egmore @ Allikulam, Chennai.

Crl.A.No.367 of 2024, today both criminal appeals in Crl.A.Nos.256 of 2023 & 367 of 2024 listed.
