ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Declaration, declaring the action of the Respondent 1 and 2 from proceeding with the auction held on 13.11.2019 at their office with regard to removal of Karuvelam Trees in the 1986 Kengaram Palayam, Kandamanagalam Mailam, Villupuram District pursuant to their notification dated 15.10.2019 vide Na.Ka.No.3/27966/2019 published in the Villupuram District Government notifications No.32 dated 18.10.2019 instead of cancelling the auction, despite the fact that the fourth respondent had prevented the petitioner and others from participating in the auction in the presence of the officials of the second respondent as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No

costs.
