W.M.P.No.16658 of 2017 in W.P.No.18566 of 2015 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue appropriate directions, clarifying its order dated 17.03.2017 passed in W.P.No.18566 of 2015 that the implementation of the severance package as per the Court's direction in para 34(vi) of its order includes (a) The 17 Employees (as per Annexure-A) who had retired / died after applying for VRS the Circular dated 21.03.2014 issued by the 2nd Respondent; and (b) 120 days of the leave salary for the period from 2000 to 2008 sanctioned by the Government in its VRS package under the aforesaid two letters dated 20.03.2014 issued by the 1st Respondent. W.M.P.No.16659 of 2017 in W.P.No.18608 of 2015 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue appropriate directions, clarifying its order dated 17.03.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the cause in these Writ Miscellaneous Petitions, does not survive and all the issues raised in these Writ Miscellaneous Petitions, insofar as the respondents are concerned, have been settled by the petitioner-Company. Even the cause prayed in these petitions, seeking clarification, does not also survive, since clarification was already sought for from the Division Bench. Recording the above submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, these WMPs. are dismissed as having become infructuous.
