The petitioner, who was arrested for the offence under Sections 294(b), 323, 406 and 506(ii) IPC in Cr.No.not known of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant.
3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police is harassing the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances, the respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order in the Website. The parties are directed to cooperate with the enquiry.
