This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P. No.7336 of 2024 in Crl.O.P. No.7670 of 2024 on 30.04.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice every month i.e., 1st and 15th working day at 10.30 a.m., until further order.

The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides, the condition in para No.3, imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7336 of in Crl.O.P.No.7670 of 2024 on 30.04.2024 is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
