Mr.N.Palanikumar O RDER When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner would submit that the petitioner being the father was unable to see the child for the past four years and have filed the present application as the respondent has not shown the child. The present petition is filed so that for
atleast monthly twice, the petitioner could see the child during the pendency of the main petition.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent strongly objected to giving custody of the child to the petitioner but has no objection to see the child, monthly once, in any one of the Sundays.
3. Considering the above said submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on both the sides, facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that the petitioner can be granted visitation rights on alternate Sundays at 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon at the Shivan Temple, Padi which is nearest to the residence of the respondent. The first date of visitation commences on 07.12.2025.
4. Post the main matter on 17.12.2025.
