This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned FTC-III Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Saidapet, Chennai to expedite the trial in C.C.No.7931 of 2018 thereby taken cognizance for the offences under Sections 200 of Crpc r/w Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act as against the petitioners.

2. Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned FTC-III Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Saidapet, Chennai, to complete the trial in C.C.No.7931 of 2018, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the proceedings.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
