This petition has been filed to direct the Inspector of Police, V-4, Rajamangalam Police Station, Chennai - 600099, the first respondent herein, to take further action based on the petitioner's complaint dated 25.01.2018 vide CSR No. 45/18 and to proceed in accordance with law, and subsequently to file a detailed report before this Hon'ble Court on the course of action taken.

This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout their remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. 4.With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
