ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents herein to consider the representation dated 02.01.2017 and to issue NOC for the construction and for availing electricity services in Plot No.73 comprised in S.No.39/1 part, situated in Rajakilpakkam Village, Saidapet Taluk, Chengalpet District situated in Vall, S.H,Syed Yusuff Nagar, near Mahalakshmi Nagar, Selayur PO Chennai.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioners father who passed away, was working in the Tamil Nadu Wakf Board as Pesh Imam. The petitioners father was allotted a plot No.73, comprised in S.No.39/1 part, situated in Rajakilpakkam Village, Saidapet Taluk, Chengalpet District situated in Vallal S.H.Syed Yusuff Nagar, near Mahalakshmi Nagar, Chennai. As a legal heir, the petitioner made a representation on 02.01.2017 to issue NOC for the construction and also for availing TNEB service for the said plot. However, no action is taken so far. Hence, the present writ 2/4
petition.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation dated 21.01.2017 within the reasonable time as fixed by this Court.
4. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation will be considered and orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
