This application has been filed to condone the delay of 56 days in filing the written statement of the first defendant in the above captioned suit.

2. Mr.Sateesh Kumar, learned counsel for the first & second respondents and Mr.P.Sesubalan Raja, learned counsel for respondents 3 to 5 would submit in unison that they have no objection in allowing the present application.

3. Heard the learned counsels appearing for their respective parties.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsels appearing on behalf of their respective respondents have no objection in allowing the present application and being satisfied with the same, the same is ordered as prayed for and the delay is condoned.
