This civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 14.09.2023 in RLTA No.141/2022 passed by the learned XVII Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, confirming the fair and decreetal order dated 15.10.2022 in RLTOP No.436/2020 passed by the learned XVI Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner informed before this court that, already possession of the property has been taken from the petitioner.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this civil revision petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
