A.No.246 of 2025 is filed by the applicants/plaintiffs to condone the delay of 122 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 13th defendant in the above suit. A.No.247 of 2025 is filed by the applicants/plaintiffs to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 13th defendant in the above suit. A.No.248 of 2025 is filed by the applicants/plaintiffs to bring on record the proposed parties as legal heirs of the deceased 13th defendant and rank them as defendants 22 and 23 in the above suit.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents 9 and 10 has no objection in allowing these three applications.

3. There is no representation for the other respondents.

4. In view of no objection given by the respondents 9 and 10, and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the applications, these three applications are allowed.

5. Learned counsel for the plaintiffs is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
