ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the 3rd and 4th respondents to consider the petitioner's objection dated 15.10.2022 for not measure her property in S.No. 836/2, 833/1, 845/3 situated at South Avanashipalayam, Pongalur Union, Tiruppur District.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondents would submit that the issue involved in this writ petition has been resolved therefore, the prayer writ petition has become infrcutous.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
