CMP Nos.16435 to 16437 of 2017 have been filed by the petitioner i)to condone the delay of 1860 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 1st respondent Chennimalai Gounder; ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 1st respondent and iii) to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent as respondents 13 and 14 in the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. All the respondents have been duly served excepting for R14 who is reported dead. Since all the respondents have been duly served excepting for R14 and their names having been printed in the cause list today and this Court being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions , C.M.P.Nos.16435 to 16437 of 2017 are allowed as prayed for excepting for R14.
