NAGARJUN, J., When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel on record for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present Civil Miscellaneous Petition and he has also made an endorsement in this petition to that effect and the same is recorded.

2. In view of the same, the present Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the CRP is rejected at the S.R stage itself.
