ORDER
This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in para 5(i) of the order passed in Crl.Mp.nO.11889/2025 in Crl.RC.873/2025 by an order dated 24.06.2025.
2. Heard the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. This Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in para 5(i) of the order passed in Crl.Mp.nO.11889/2025 in Crl.RC.873/2025 by an order dated 24.06.2025. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of C.C No. 91 of 2021 on the file of the judicial magistrate No.1, Namakkal within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the respondent is permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs.75,000/- by filing undertaking affidavit. Further, this Court is inclined to grant further two weeks time to comply the conditions. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
