(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the revisional authority under Section 80-A of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971.

2. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
