CMP Nos.16438 to 16440 of 2017 have been filed by the petitioner i)to condone the delay of 461 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 2nd respondent Seeranga Gounder; ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 2nd respondent and iii) to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent as respondents 15 and 16 in the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. All the respondents have been duly served and their names have been printed in the cause list today.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and this Court being satisfied with the same, these MPs are allowed as prayed for.
