Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus calling for the entire records of the respondent in connection with the impugned order of rejection in Lr.No.CE/C/TR/SE/C1/TR/EEC2/AEE/FT-05/D.731/22 dated 03.09.2022 and quash the same as arbitrary and unreasonable and consequently direct the respondent to refund the bank guarantee amount 1/4

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order of rejection in Lr.No.CE/C/TR/SE/ C1/TR/EEC2/AEE/ FT-05/D.731/22 dated 03.09.2022.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the order impugned in this writ petition, the petitioner is at liberty to submit representation seeking release of security deposit and on receipt of the same, the respondent is directed to dispose of the same after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks thereafter. It is made clear that this direction is not an impediment for the respondent to proceed further as per the impugned order dated 03.09.2022.

With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. 2/4

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
