ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 02.07.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No. 17198 of 2024, thereby directing the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 22.04.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks. 2.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that, as directed by this Court, the second respondent considered the representation of the petitioner and passed order on 12.12.2024. She also produced a copy of the order dated 12.12.2024 passed by the second respondent before this Court.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
