[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,] After some arguments, Mr.P.Maharajan, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned main 'Writ Petition' {hereinafter 'WP' for the sake of brevity} but made a plea to preserve rights and contentions of writ petitioner to pursue O.S.No.136 of 2021 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Gingee and take steps for expediting the same, if so advised and if so desired, saying so, learned counsel has made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows:

2. To be noted, writ petitioner who is present in Court has counter signed the above endorsement.
3. In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned WP is disposed of as withdrawn / closed albeit with preservation of rights of writ petitioner as sought for. Though obvious, we make it clear that all rights and contentions of writ petitioner are left open for being canvassed in the civil suit. There shall be no order as to costs.
