Degree course - 2017, Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions, 2017 by the first Respondent as illegal in as much as it omits to include the qualification of the 12 + 2 recognized Diploma undergone by the petitioner as eligible qualification and consequently permit the petitioner to apply for the B.Arch degree course Admissions 2017 and admit the petitioner in accordance to his merit.
