This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in respect of the letter Kaditha En: 091954/SaNi1/AVPoKa/2009 Naal 20.10.2011 issued by the 2nd Respondent Transport Corporation to quash the same and to direct the 2nd Respondent Transport Corporation to settle all the terminal benefits and the arrears amount due to him consequent to the implementation of the 6th Pay Commission as prescribed to the Managerial Cadre Officers of the 2nd Respondent Transport Corporation.

2.When the matter was taken up on 30.11.2023, there was no representation for the Petitioner, therefore, the matter was adjourned to 04.12.2023. Again when the matter was taken up on 05.12.2023, there was no 2/4

representation for the Petitioner, therefore, the matter was again adjourned to 07.12.2023.

3.Even when the matter is taken up for hearing today (07.12.2023), no one represented on behalf of the Petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
