The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 3 to grant good conduct certificate in favour of the petitioner based on his representation dated 01.07.2017. 2.

The petitioner seeks direction to the respondents to grant good conduct certificate based on his representation dated 01.07.2017. Now, almost two years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner in this petition cannot be considered now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate representation before the first respondent on fresh cause of action, if so advised.
