This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to approve and disburse the petitioner's pensionary benefits at the earliest, based on the petitioner's representation dated 04.12.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instruction would submit that the representation given by the petitioner is under consideration and it would be disposed of within a period of 6 weeks.
