This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity]. 2.

Captioned WMP has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of 'original communication dated 29.07.2025 bearing reference A.D.M.No.19/2025' (hereinafter 'impugned communication' for the sake of convenience and clarity). 3.

Mr.P.Satheesh Kumar, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner is before us.

Adverting to paragraph 8 of support affidavit, learned counsel for writ petitioner submits that the original impugned communication has not been served on the writ petitioner. Therefore, the writ petitioner received a copy from the purchaser and photocopy of the impugned communication was filed along with the typed set of papers and that has necessitated the captioned WMP.

Taking into account the fact that the authenticity of the impugned communication is not subjected to contestation or disputation, as a one off case, we are considering the dispense with prayer making it clear that in the days to come, adequate articulation in the support affidavit is imperative. 6.
