121203 of 2025 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J., AND K.RAJASEKAR.J., (Order of the Cout was made by C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.,) This petition had been filed seeking to condone the delay of 8 days in filing the appeal against the judgment and decree dated 22.04.2025 passed in M.C.O.P.No.530 of 2016 by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vellore, Vellore District.

2.Notice had been directed and counsel had entered appearance for R1 and R3.

3. In the affidavit giving reasons for the delay, it had been stated that due to change of counsel, the appeal could not be filed in time.

4.Taking all factors into consideration, the delay in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.

The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
