2. When the matter came up for hearing on 09.06.2022, there was no representation for the petitioner and therefore, the matter was directed to be listed on 10.06.2022 under the caption 'for dismissal'.

3. Today (10.06.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It can now be inferred that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute this Petition. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No Costs.
