This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m. imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 29725 of 2022 dated 02.12.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and hence, he seeks to relax the condition imposed by this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions. 1/3

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Cr.O.P.No.29725 of 2022 dated 02.12.2022 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the trial court for every hearing regularly without fail.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
