The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(A) of Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, 296(b), 132 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita Act, 2023 in Crime No.1194 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that, the petitioner along with other accused were found in possession of 120 grams of ganja. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submit that, petitioner is ready to abide by any stringent condition that may be imposed by this Court and thus prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that, the petitioner along with other accused were found in possession of 120 grams of ganja. He further submit that there are three previous cases pending against the petitioner. Hence, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police and perused the materials available on record including the FIR. 6.Considering the previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

7.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 14.11.2024 Sma
