2. In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it had been contended that the petitioner, M.Rajeswari, a senior citizen had been suffering from health problems had undergone medical treatment. She had also suffered during the Corona period. She was also not able to contact her counsel to appear before the Court.

3. Taking all factors into consideration, this petition stands allowed. The second appeal, which had been dismissed on 06.11.2020, is now restored to file.

4. Post the Second Appeal once again in the 2nd week of September 2025.
