ORDER
The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking to direct the first respondent to dispose the petitioner representation dated 26.07.2017 and consequently issue suitable orders directing the 1st respondent to initiate departmental proceedings against the 2nd respondent Managing Director, Metro Transport Corporation.
2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submitted that the petitioner as well as the second respondent are no more and therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has now become infructuous. 2 / 4
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court finds that nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition, hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
