This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25290 of 2024 by order dated 15.10.2024 passed by this Court to report before the Tiruvanmaiyur police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 30 days and thereafter, appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 17 days and investigation is pending in this matter. He would further submit that there are nine previous cases pending as against the petitioner.

3.The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.25290 of 2024 on 15.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
