This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on daily at 10.30 am, for a until further orders by this Court in Crl.OP.No.24680 of 2024 dated 04.10.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 34 days and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.24680 of 2024 on 04.10.2024 in para No.7(a) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06.30 pm until further orders.
