This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.19168 of 2024 by an order dated 09.08.2024 passed by this Court to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of eight weeks and thereafter, as and when required for the interrogation.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the respondent Police has filed the charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Annur, Coimbatore District.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.19168 of 2024 on 09.08.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Annur, Coimbatore District on the 1st working day of December 2024 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
