This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19806 of 2024 dated 22.08.2024 to report before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Chennai, on all working days at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition No.6(a) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19806 of 2024 dated 22.08.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Chennai, on 18.11.2024 and thereafter, the date to be fixed by the trial Court until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
