This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23068 of 2024 on 25.09.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., for a period of thirty days and thereafter as and when required for interrogation until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4.Considering the submissions of both sides, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 23068 of 2024 dated 18.09.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06.30 p.m. until further orders.
