This Petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 6(b), the petitioner shall report before the Special Court for EC & NDPS Act Cases, Coimbatore on all working days at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.OP.No.24374 of 2024 dated 04.10.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 34 days and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.24374 of 2024 on 04.10.2024 in para No.6(b) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the Special Court for EC & NDPS Act Cases, Coimbatore on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am and also before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06.30 pm until further orders.
