This writ petition is filed as against the rejection order dated 25.07.2025 passed in the appeal, which is filed against the impugned assessment order dated 26.02.2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes to withdraw the appeal filed against the assessment order dated 26.02.2025 and consequently, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, which is filed as against the rejection order. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
